10 Tips For a Greener World.

There are lots of different ways that we can help the environment and in turn it will also save us money! It takes a very small amount of change to the way we live to cause a huge difference in the world. Some of the things we can do are just common sense but others are not so obvious. Sometimes it can be a nuisance to adopt a different routine, but it does not take long for new behaviour to become a healthy habit.
Here are a few ways that you can change things for the better.
1. Feeling Flush.
When you go to the loo you don’t need to flush it every single time. Each time you pull the chain it uses a colossal amount of water and halving the amount of flushes will save gallons.
Remember;
If it’s yellow,
Let it mellow.
If it’s brown,
Flush it down.
2. Go to Seed.
Grow your own vegetables. Not only will this save you money, but they taste ten times nicer as well!
3. Use Your Butt!
If you need to water your garden then get yourself a water butt. Rain water is free and it is better for plants than tap water.
4. Pack it in!
When you send parcels use shredded paper to pack them. This saves money on bubble wrap and gets rid of your junk mail.
5. Quick, pull-over!
When you’re chilly try putting on a jumper. This is often enough to warm you up rather than automatically turning up the heating.
6. The Three Degrees.
If you turn down your central heating dial by a few degrees you will probably not even notice a difference… until your bill arrives. This can save you a lot of money.
7. Dealing with Boils.
When you make a drink, don’t put too much water in the kettle! If you are boiling extra then you are wasting money. And it will take longer to make your coffee!
8. Grab your Sausage!
Draughts can make your heating a waste of time. Get a door curtain rigged up along with a sausage. Use blu-tak on the keyhole.
9. Take a Hike!
If you need to go somewhere ask yourself whether you really need to drive. A lot of the time we use the car out of habit when we could easily walk. It’s healthier on foot and you are reducing your fuel emissions! Or try using a bike.
10. Old Bag!
If you get something delivered in a Jiffy Bag then don’t throw it away, re-use it! They are expensive and if you can stick a piece of paper over your address then it will be (almost) as good as new.
Last but certainly not least, it is time for my astonishing green planet web link of the day. I have lately stumbled upon this article called Enigin Scam, about energy savings; You guys should really look at them!
